Description

You will ideate, conceptualize, and develop innovative connectivity products and ensure development outcomes align with customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal and external customers and project teams, focusing on rapid prototyping, testing, and market validation with early adopters. You will also support patent applications and communicate technical and market potential to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas, develop concepts, and deliver innovative connectivity products

• Ensure development results are secured/validated according to customer specifications

• Coordinate closely with internal and external customers, project teams, and project leadership

• Focus on rapid prototyping and testing; collaborate with early adopters to validate market potential

• Present results and market potential to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Support patent application submissions to protect new developments

• Attend industry and trade fairs and travel for customer meetings as needed

Requirements

• Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field (or equivalent experience with proven expertise)

• 3–10 years of professional or industry experience

• Proficiency with 3D CAD, especially Siemens NX

• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)

• Motivated, goal-oriented, and execution-focused personality

• Enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams
