Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications. The role includes defining automation architecture and strategy, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, supporting shift-left testing, and migrating manual testing to automation. You will also build reporting/metrics and regression automation, and use Generative AI to accelerate test creation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks

• Create and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and mobile solutions

• Define automation architecture, methodology, and strategy

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left testing

• Evaluate and adopt new automation technologies following DevSecOps practices

• Support the migration from manual tests to automation

• Build reporting mechanisms, metrics collection, and automated regression tests

• Collaborate with developers, manual testers, and other technical teams to identify automation opportunities

• Use Generative AI to create and automate tests

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, and RestAssured

• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile solutions

• Practical experience with BDD frameworks, especially Cucumber JVM or Behave

• Knowledge of Generative AI and applying it to automatic test generation

• Strong QA foundations, including equivalence partitioning and boundary value analysis

• Experience managing test data

• Experience with performance and load testing using Apache JMeter

• Strong Java skills with OpenJDK 11, 17, and 21

• Practical knowledge of Java Streams, Collections, and Lambda Expressions

• Experience with JUnit and TestNG

• Knowledge of Maven and Gradle

• Experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI

• Strong Git experience

• Knowledge of Angular and SCSS

• Experience with Protocol Buffers, Jackson, and Gson (especially for serialization validation)

• Very good knowledge of Oracle and complex SQL queries

• Knowledge of JJWT, Bearer Token, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect

• Experience with grant lifecycle management (submission, evaluation, agreements, reporting, amendments)

• Experience with Amazon Kiro
