Description

You will coordinate the Pay Transparency project to ensure adherence to EU Directive requirements on salary transparency across organizations. You will manage schedules, scope, and resources; collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance; work with external vendors; and monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables. You will also facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams and support continuous improvement of project management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to deliver milestones on time and meet regulatory compliance

• Manage project schedule, scope, and resources across multiple teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues

• Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure integration and execution

• Track project risks and create mitigation strategies to prevent delays

• Support documentation of deliverables and compliance records

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or related fields

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Experience managing software implementation or IT projects

• Familiarity with the project cycle and software development lifecycle

• Advanced SQL (PL/SQL) knowledge, plus security awareness

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Polish (good command)

• English (communicative)
