• Role: Finance Business Data Migration Expert (Functional SPoC)

Description

Own end-to-end data migration activities for finance data objects in the LDC ERP program, ensuring data is delivered according to requirements and timelines. Serve as the functional single point of contact (SPoC) for assigned data objects per release, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to prepare mappings, validate data readiness, verify quality, and approve uploads before and after load. Perform data cleansing, data collection for manual objects, execution and approval of data verification scripts, and support data verification and defect management during hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Complete data cleansing tasks on time

• Perform data collection for manual/construction objects

• Prepare value mappings with IT counterparts

• Create and maintain master lists (if applicable) for assigned objects

• Provide business insights to technical teams for extraction and conversion from legacy systems

• Identify in-scope objects with IT and country Business Data Owners

• Ensure data readiness & verify quality throughout the data journey

• Verify data is fit for purpose and aligned with internal/external stakeholders

• Approve upload files before and after load (including formal approval)

• Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable

• Execute and support dual maintenance

• Execute and approve data verification scripts

• Act as SPoC for assigned objects during defect management in Hypercare

• Deliver data cleansing completion and data loads completion per the regional data migration schedule

• Resolve major data quality issues for assigned objects according to project schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years in country and global roles; SAP project implementation experience required

• Data migration experience required

• Strong SAP knowledge of Finance processes: Finance master data, Assets, GL, P&L reporting, WBS/project structures, internal orders, AP, AR

• Strong Excel skills

• Communication and negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management

• Strategic and hands-on way of working (run meetings, track progress, manage issues)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
