Description

Lead business-side data migration on the SAP LDC ERP program for Order-to-Cash, ensuring required data is delivered according to scope and timelines. Own data migration activities for assigned data objects (including Customer master, Product Pricing, and Contracts) and act as the functional single point of contact (SPoC) for a release. Ensure data cleansing, readiness, quality verification, and approvals across the data journey, coordinating with IT and country Business Data Owners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data cleansing tasks are completed on time for assigned objects
• Complete timely data collection for manual/construction objects
• Work with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
• Create and maintain master lists for applicable assigned objects
• Provide business insights to technical teams for extraction and conversion from legacy systems
• Collaborate with IT and country Business Data Owners to confirm in-scope objects
• Ensure data readiness and verify quality throughout the data journey
• Verify data is fit for purpose and aligned with internal/external stakeholders
• Approve upload files before and after load, including formal approvals
• Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable
• Execute dual maintenance and data verification/approval of verification scripts
• Act as SPoC for assigned objects during Hypercare defect management
• Complete data cleansing and data loads per the regional migration schedule
• Resolve major data quality issues for assigned objects within project schedules

Requirements

• 5+ years in country and global roles
• ERP SAP project implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of Sales management, Contract management, Order-to-Cash, and Pricing
• Good visibility of Customer master and the sales view of Material master data
• Data migration experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder management
• Strategic and hands-on approach (run meetings, track progress, manage issues)
• Strong Excel skills
