Description

Drive and coordinate data migration activities across cleansing, field mapping, migration loads, validation and verification. Serve as the deployment focal point for assigned data objects, ensuring data readiness for successful deployment within SAP implementation and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleansing, field mapping, migration loads, validation and verification activities

• Act as the deployment focal point for assigned migration data objects

• Collaborate with Business Data Owners, Deployment Functional Process Experts, ETL/Data Migration Teams, Legacy Teams, Product Teams, and Global Functional Data Owners

• Analyze data readiness reports, defects, and data deviations; drive migration issue resolution

• Support data verification testing and business data sign-off

• Train and support business users on data migration processes and requirements

• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of migration data

• Manage multiple stakeholders and activities in parallel; work effectively under pressure

• Maintain documentation for data migration and deployment activities

Requirements

• Proven SAP data migration and deployment experience with hands-on cleansing, field mapping, data loads, validation, and data verification

• Experience as a deployment focal point/data migration lead/DFDO within SAP implementation or transformation

• Strong understanding of SAP configurations, business processes, and data dependencies

• Experience analyzing data readiness reports, defects, data deviations, and driving resolution

• Experience supporting data verification testing and business data sign-off

• Experience training/supporting business users on migration processes and requirements

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience in Agile environments

• Strong English communication; proven stakeholder management in multinational settings

• Ability to manage multiple parallel activities and deliver under pressure

• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with global collaboration
