Description

Lead hands-on technical delivery and the migration approach for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard within a UiPath application transformation program. Define solution designs and standards for integrations, data, security/controls, testing, release, and auditability, while assessing inherited prototypes and partially completed components. Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementable engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery and migration approach for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard

• Translate program architecture into practical solution designs for the three workstreams

• Ensure designs follow shared UiPath development, integration, data, security, controls, AI-enabled capabilities, and auditability standards

• Assess existing solutions, prototypes, workflows, documentation, integrations, and partially completed components

• Identify technical debt, unsupported assumptions, design gaps, security concerns, and limitations in inherited work

• Define migration sequence, technical prerequisites, transition checkpoints, validation approach, and rollback considerations

• Design CLM contract workflows, document-processing capabilities, approval routing, contract data extraction, and audit evidence

• Design SaaS Management purchase-order ingestion, vendor-data processing, renewal workflows, spend reporting, and review functionality

• Design AccessGuard access-certification workflows, connectors, role mappings, segregation-of-duties controls, escalation routing, and audit trails

• Design integration approaches for Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, SAP, identity systems, and other in-scope platforms

• Coordinate migration dependencies with customer system owners, platform teams, security teams, and third-party suppliers

• Convert business requirements and process designs into detailed technical designs and engineering tasks

• Support backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, dependency sequencing, and readiness assessment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles delivering enterprise application migrations or transformations

• UiPath development, integrations, and AI-enabled automation expertise

• Experience leading technical design for CLM/procurement or access-governance solutions

• Integration design experience with Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, and SAP

• Proficiency with identity systems, authentication, authorization, and data mapping

• Knowledge of security, controls, and auditability standards in large-scale transformation programs

• Migration planning knowledge (sequencing, technical prerequisites, validation, rollback)

• Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint planning in agile environments

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies with architects, business analysts, testers, project managers, and security teams

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
