Description

Act as the link between IT and the business for the bank’s account management system and its Data Warehouse interfaces. You will run requirement and business process analyses, model data/functions/processes, and support functional and interface testing. You will also participate in IT conception and functional modeling for the connection between account management and Data Warehouse applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-focused support and conduct business analysis within the account management system
• Support account management functions and Data Warehouse interfaces to core ledger applications (e.g., FI, CO, MW)
• Plan and deliver requirements analyses and business process analyses
• Execute functional and interface tests
• Perform IT conception and functional modeling of requirements for account management and Data Warehouse connectivity

Requirements

• Degree in economics/business administration, computer science, or business informatics
• Completed apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development (banking environment), or IT/Bank clerk with a technical focus
• Several years of professional experience in business analysis
• Solid knowledge in data, function, and process modeling
• Banking operational knowledge around account management and account products (ideally current account)
• Experience in software development and model/architecture design is advantageous
