Description

Support a key Compensation Infrastructure Project focused on streamlining processes, integrating systems, and developing reporting tools for the Compensation and HR teams. You will coordinate across teams to help ensure successful, timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management tasks, including creating and tracking project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Organize and facilitate meetings across multiple teams; track progress and capture action items
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and developers to clarify and translate business requirements
• Support automation efforts to improve process efficiency
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with Compensation, HR, and IT/software teams to align on project objectives

Requirements

• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (highly desirable)
• High discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and compensation data
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
