Description

You will analyze customer and market data to support targeted marketing campaigns and identify suitable audiences. You will build reports and dashboards, optimize customer journeys, and continuously improve analytics and segmentation strategies—while ensuring strong data quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and market data to plan marketing campaigns and identify target groups

• Create reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign performance and enable data-driven decisions

• Review and optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints to improve customer experience and find optimization potential

• Continuously monitor and optimize analyses and segmentation strategies

• Ensure data quality, maintain relevant databases, and work closely with other teams to define data and analytics requirements

• Ensure data availability and provision for operational campaign steering

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst position

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training

• Strong SAS programming skills

• Experience selecting data for personalized CRM campaigns and automating recurring tasks

• Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools

• Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex data clearly

• Team player with a structured and independent, responsible working style

• Willingness to work at least 2 days per week on-site

• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
