Description

Finance is being rebuilt to run on AI. You will own how AI and automation reshape the finance operating model across procure to pay, order to cash, and shared services, turning live agents and experiments into the way finance runs. You will redesign core processes around an agentic-first model, build agents and connect systems with AI-assisted tools when it’s fastest, and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI and automation agenda across finance from strategy through delivery to measured impact
• Lead process redesign (map as-is, design agentic-first to-be)
• Bring the live programme to targets with clear baselines and deadlines
• Redesign core finance processes around AI and agents, starting with close, reporting, and forecasting
• Build and ship agents using AI-assisted tools; connect systems (e.g., NetSuite, Rossum, n8n)
• Lead and grow the team and raise AI fluency across finance and the shared services center
• Roll out across five markets while balancing local realities with one Group standard
• Track key metrics: automation rate, close time, cash allocation speed, and cost/effort reduction

Requirements

• Track record delivering transformation or automation programmes
• Hands-on with AI: build agents and integrate APIs with AI assistance (not required to be a software engineer)
• Strong grasp of finance operations (or speed to learn)
• Ability to redesign processes: map as-is and design agentic-first to-be
• Strong execution: set baselines, assign owners, meet deadlines, and escalate early when slippage occurs
• Ability to lead a small team while still doing the hands-on work
• Fluent English (Czech is an advantage)
