Description

You will co-create and set the technological direction for an AI environment from the start. The role involves designing end-to-end AI architecture and specific AI solutions using Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI agents, and machine learning, and integrating them safely into existing applications and data. You’ll also translate business needs and AI use cases into technical designs and help define standards and governance for AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Co-create the organization’s AI environment and define its technology roadmap
• Design end-to-end AI architecture and concrete AI solutions
• Select suitable AI models, platforms, and cloud/data technologies
• Propose safe integration of AI solutions into existing systems, applications, and data
• Convert business requirements and AI use cases into technical architectures
• Define AI architectural principles, standards, and governance
• Collaborate with IT and business teams and selected technology/AI partners
• Participate in PoCs and validate new technologies in practice
• Monitor AI developments and identify useful approaches
• Gradually contribute to broader enterprise architecture (data, applications, integrations)

Requirements

• Experience designing complex IT solutions in solution/technology/enterprise architecture roles
• Practical orientation in modern AI technologies: LLM, generative AI, RAG, and AI agents
• Experience designing AI/GenAI in cloud environments; knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a strong advantage
• Cloud architecture experience and understanding of modern cloud services
• Knowledge of data architecture principles, APIs, and modern integration approaches
• Ability to design across application, data, integration, and technology architecture
• Knowledge of enterprise AI security principles, especially identity, authorization, data protection, and access management
• Ability to compare technical options and decide based on value, risks, costs, and long-term operations
• Strategic thinking and ability to quickly learn new technologies and make them practically usable
• English at least B2
