Description

You will be responsible for the IT/OT security strategy for the company’s products across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and shaping the secure digitalization of rail. You will work closely with development, testing, and pilot teams, coordinate cross-functional IT/OT security projects, and ensure transparency on goals, progress, and risks. You will also translate market requirements into actionable product impulses, and support sales with product presentations and key account evolution of system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT/OT security strategy across the full product lifecycle and ensure standards compliance
• Coordinate cross-department IT/OT security projects; align stakeholders and track goals, progress, and risks
• Analyze market requirements, evaluate new developments, and derive secure, future-ready product impulses
• Support sales with product presentations and accompany key accounts during system landscape development

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT/OT Security, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Multi-year experience in the IT/OT security domain and in product or project management
• Passion for modern software and hardware systems and for digital, sustainable mobility
• Strategic thinking, innovation mindset, and interest in future-proof solutions
• Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Valid EU work authorization
• Team player, reliable, and able to work independently
