Description

Join the project team to help plan, introduce, and continuously improve process landscapes in a hosting and cloud setting. You will coordinate several parallel IT projects, optimize existing IT processes, and translate requirements into deliverable work packages—while ensuring transparent communication, monitoring progress, and managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and steer multiple parallel IT projects
• Analyze and optimize existing IT processes; develop process standards (ITIL-oriented)
• Structure project requirements and translate them into actionable work packages
• Prioritize tasks and resources to reduce load on operational support in close collaboration with internal IT teams
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and project progress; identify risks and define countermeasures
• Ensure transparent project communication and continuously improve IT projects and processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT project management or comparable coordinating role
• Good understanding of IT infrastructures, system landscapes, support processes; knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience with project management methods (classic, agile, or hybrid)
• Structured, organized, solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to assert decisions
• Very good German and good English
• Willingness to travel
