Description

You will support the development, design, and continuous enhancement of interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for planning and tracking budgets, resources, and key KPIs. You will prepare and visualize data in Power BI, collaborate with business stakeholders to implement reporting needs, and assist with data analytics and business intelligence analysis. You will also conduct project-related research and analyses, document and present results (e.g., in PowerPoint), and take on organizational tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for planning and KPI/resource/budget tracking
• Independently prepare and visualize data in Power BI; build dashboards for different departments and management levels
• Collaborate closely with business teams to capture, implement, and continuously evolve reporting requirements
• Support data analytics and business intelligence analysis and data preparation
• Own defined (sub-)work packages and contribute ideas to improve reports and visualizations
• Conduct project research and analyses, including documentation and presentation of results (e.g., PowerPoint)

Requirements

• Ongoing degree in economics/business administration, ideally focused on IT, Digital Business, or Innovation
• First experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• High independence, flexibility, and digital affinity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very good MS Office skills; collaboration tools such as Mural and Microsoft Teams are a plus
• Very good experience applying modern AI-powered tools
• Willingness for regular on-site work
• Very good German and English (Business English) in speaking and writing; additional languages are a plus
• Strong social skills and enjoyment working with people
• Strong teamwork skills
