Description

You will translate business needs across customer service and digital domains into end-to-end process automation architectures, including AI agent and software robot handling. The role includes selecting appropriate technologies (e.g., RPA, API integrations, LLM/agentic AI), defining reusable components, and delivering production-ready solutions aligned with enterprise, security, and legal/regulatory standards. You will collaborate with business, analytics, IT, and corporate architects to build and launch the first solutions in a newly formed team.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements (customer service, fueling stations, convenience stores, electromobility, energy & gas, marketing) into automation architecture
• Design end-to-end automation solutions from business process to automation pattern selection and execution via AI agents/robotic software
• Select the right technology for the problem, including decisions on agent-based automation vs RPA
• Define reusable components and criteria for production rollout
• Collaborate with business areas, analysts, IT, and corporate architects on platform selection, standards consistency, and integrations with domain systems
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, law, and group regulatory standards
• Support risk assessment of automation processes (with relevant stakeholders)
• Participate in designing and building the first solutions in a newly created team

Requirements

• University degree (preferred: economics, computer science, mathematics, automation and robotics, or related)
• At least 3 years of experience designing automation and intelligent process automation solutions
• Experience designing automation/process architectures in a large organization
• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (or a closely related platform)
• Deep knowledge of at least one area: RPA, API integrations, LLM/agentic AI solutions; plus awareness of other areas to select the right automation pattern
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and justify technology choices
• Experience collaborating with business, IT, and security stakeholders
• Ability to design production solutions with monitoring, security, scalability, and cost considerations
• Very good English proficiency
