Description

Join a long-term banking project as a System Analyst (AI), responsible for analyzing and designing technical solutions. Work with microservices and REST APIs, and support event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ. You’ll also model systems/processes (UML/BPMN), design integrations, and contribute to AI agent/workflow implementations including RAG and vector-based knowledge retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system analysis and design IT solutions

• Model processes and systems using UML/BPMN and domain modeling

• Design integrations between systems

• Work with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

• Use AI engineering practices to build AI agents, custom skills, and AI workflows

• Apply RAG and vector databases and support AI-driven automation

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system analysis and IT solution design

• Strong microservices and REST API knowledge

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Experience with UML/BPMN and domain modeling

• Experience designing system-to-system integrations

• SQL and data modeling knowledge

• Experience with Git/GitFlow

• Practical experience with VS Code and GitHub Copilot (Agent Mode) and AI tools for development support

• Experience building AI agents, custom skills, prompt engineering, and AI workflow design

• Knowledge of AI orchestrators (e.g., Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen)

• Experience with RAG, vector databases, MCP, and AI process automation

• Ability to analyze and design technical solutions with code (Python, C#, Java or similar)
