Description

You will design, build, deploy, and optimize large-scale global traffic routing platforms, developing high-performance distributed traffic infrastructure and networking software. You will manage large-scale distributed systems, execute complex migrations of legacy network systems and codebases, and build core network routing tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience (Mid) or 7+ years (Senior)

• Proficiency in Golang with extensive experience designing and building distributed systems

• 5+ years building and managing large-scale geo-distributed networking software and solutions

• Deep understanding of Envoy-based environments, including Envoy Proxy (Data Plane) architecture and Go Control Plane

• Advanced knowledge of network protocols from L3 to L7, network infrastructure, and observability

• Strong understanding of the Linux network stack; practical experience with eBPF and low-level socket/kernel performance tuning

• Practical knowledge of Rust for developing and maintaining Envoy WASM filters

• Fundamental understanding of C and/or C++ for low-level system integrations and debugging
