Description

You will design, conceptualize, implement, and document complex projects in Network & Security.

You will lead workshops for requirements analysis and/or the creation of high-level designs, support troubleshooting and error remediation in existing customer infrastructures, and provide 3rd-level support while helping build out Operations and Managed Services. You will also support pre-sales and bid management activities.

Requirements

• Completed IT vocational training or degree
• Certified, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in at least two areas: LAN (routing & switching), WLAN (Aruba, Cisco), firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, WatchGuard), EDR/XDR (Trend Micro, CrowdStrike), vulnerability management (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7), NAC (Cisco, Aruba, Macmon), email & web security, identity protection, MFA
• Technical understanding of complex IT landscapes and infrastructures
• Strong logical thinking, flexibility, and good self-organization
• Customer and service orientation and strong problem-solving skills
