Description

Join a hands-on Identity & Access Management program as a Senior Active Directory & IAM Engineer. You will administer and evolve Active Directory and authentication services, optimize Microsoft Entra ID, and support identity lifecycle processes in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop the Active Directory environment

• Support Identity & Access Management processes and the identity lifecycle

• Work with authentication services and directory integrations

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID

• Support activities related to Okta

• Troubleshoot complex IAM problems in hybrid environments

• Participate in migration and integration projects and IAM service improvement initiatives

• Handle a high volume of operational identity and access tasks

Requirements

• Expert experience working with Active Directory

• Very good knowledge of IAM, authentication, and directory services

• Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID

• Experience with Okta (a plus)

• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems

• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders

• Ability to quickly ramp up in new IAM environments and processes
