Description

Senior IAM Architect who combines IAM architecture experience with practical technical engineering skills. The role covers ongoing Identity & Access Management project support and participation in a strategic review of the IAM environment to define the target architecture and its development direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise IAM architecture and target-state architectures
• Create IAM development roadmaps aligned with business and security goals
• Design identity solutions for on-premise, cloud, and SaaS environments
• Provide architectural support across IAM, IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and access management
• Participate in the design and implementation of modern identity solutions
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Lead or support strategic review of the IAM environment
• Analyze current state, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Combine architectural ownership with hands-on engineering when needed
• Translate strategic recommendations into concrete implementation plans

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IAM Architecture in large and complex organizations
• Experience designing identity solutions for hybrid environments
• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SSO, MFA, and access governance
• Experience creating target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps
• Practical technical experience enabling architecture-to-implementation support
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience leading architectural initiatives and working with technical teams
