Description

You will ensure reliable and secure operation of IT technologies with a focus on user accounts and digital identities. The role administers Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and IDM, manages roles and access permissions, and implements secure multi-factor authentication. You will handle login and access requests, investigate incidents, assess operational/security impact of changes, and document all changes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of user accounts and digital identities

• Configure, change, or remove access permissions and roles

• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and IDM

• Maintain records of Microsoft 365 licenses and VDI access

• Set up multi-factor authentication methods and rules

• Resolve user login and access requests

• Collaborate with colleagues, external providers, and users

• Handle user requests and operational incidents

• Investigate root causes across interconnected systems and services

• Evaluate impact of planned changes on operations and security

• Document changes and procedures and ensure traceability

• Share knowledge with the team and ensure mutual coverage
