Description

You’ll manage and grow the Authentic Studio and Authentic Challenge social media presence, turning podcast and talk-show moments into engaging content. The role also includes light administrative support and occasional assistance with communication and partner/client outreach. In a small team, you’re expected to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop social media for Authentic Studio and Authentic Challenge
• Plan and create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
• Find the strongest moments from podcasts and interviews and repurpose them into content
• Come up with topics, formats, and ways to bring content to people
• Work on hooks, captions/subtitles, and viewer attention
• Track what works on social media and think about why
• Support brand building for Authentic Studio and Authentic Challenge
• Perform basic performance evaluation and identify what can be improved
• Occasional light administration for studio/projects
• Communicate with guests, partners, and suppliers/vendors as needed
• Help organize filming and other studio activities
• Search for potential partners and business opportunities
• First-line communication with potential clients/partners
• Other operational tasks typical for a small startup

Requirements

• Experience with social media and/or content creation
• Strong sense of what attracts people and performs on social platforms
• Creative thinking and desire to propose your own ideas
• Good organization skills and a sense for order
• Natural communication with people
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
• Willingness to learn new things and improve what already works
• Ownership mindset and common sense
