Description

Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns and build strategies connected to business goals like PNO/ROI, margin, CAC, and LTV. You will conduct audits across account structure and measurement as well as funnel, landing pages, creatives, and offers/pricing—then consult clients with clear priorities and business impact. You collaborate with a team on web, data, automation, and creative while you drive direction and run structured experiments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance campaigns across paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Sklik, Microsoft Ads, and selected others)
• Develop performance strategies aligned to business objectives (PNO/ROI, margin, CAC, LTV, lead value)
• Perform audits and analyses of account structure, measurement, feeds, landing pages, creatives, offers, pricing, and funnel
• Act as a client partner: present strategy, defend priorities, and explain impacts (not just charts)
• Collaborate on improvements to customer journey via marketing automation, segmentation, personalization, dynamic parameters, and trigger messaging
• Monitor trends and run experiments with defined goals and evaluation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Sklik, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret results from GA4 and ad platforms, reasoning about cause vs. effect
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing strategy and recommendations (including tender support if needed)
• Comfort reporting results directly to clients and advising beyond PPC
• Independent and proactive; proposes solutions and does not wait for instructions
