Description

You will manage web-based projects and client assignments and help implement practical AI solutions for workflows, tools, and reports. You will coordinate partner teams in technical development, work with customers and partners independently, and support CMS backend work in TYPO3 and WordPress. In parallel, you will contribute to healthcare-focused tasks such as quality-indicator data processing (often Excel, AI-assisted) and—depending on the scope—GBA services like converting decision texts into XML/XSD definitions and supporting quality-report portals.

Responsibilities

  • Project management for web-technology-based projects and client assignments
  • Implement AI-based solutions for workflows and for tools, reports, and project tasks
  • Coordinate development/programming partners (technical execution)
  • Communicate with customers and partners; independently manage tasks
  • Support CMS backend activities (TYPO3, WordPress)
  • Contribute to concept development for internal and external projects and participate in customer tenders
  • For hospital-portal scope: assemble and sort quality-indicator data provided by hospitals (often in Excel, AI-supported), collaborate closely with commissioning parties, and control updates implemented by developers
  • For GBA service scope: implement decision texts in XML/XSD definitions; operate and further develop four QB portals (quality report portals); provide technical support at the intake point and participate in meetings
  • Cross-functional support and, in the future, possible project leadership for additional online projects

Requirements

  • Project management experience in a web-technology environment
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; affinity for online projects and digital tools
  • Interest in using AI beyond prompt-only interactions (e.g., Claude Code, Codex CLI, agent-based approaches), ideally with some AI experience at work (training possible)
  • Enjoy working with technical solutions and steering partner teams in technical development
  • Openness to new own online projects and digital client orders
  • Team-oriented process optimization and collaborative mindset
  • Organizational talent with strong communication skills and a structured working style
  • Willingness to take responsibility for your own projects; long-term scope to take more ownership
  • Preferred: IT or healthcare-related study/training, or experience in healthcare work/quality assurance
