Description

Own the product lifecycle for interconnected investment management platform capabilities that enable deal support, promotional funding, and strategic customer investments at global scale. Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution, providing technical leadership across end-to-end architectures and integrations. Work with Sales, Marketing, Global Services, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap and feature priorities; contribute to OP1/OP2 narratives and engineering roadmaps
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through delivery with limited guidance
• Define customer experience vision, tenets, and product strategy for complex financial systems
• Make smart trade-offs across time, effort, and features while ensuring compliance and operational requirements
• Drive executive product discussions; create product materials and training content
• Understand end-to-end architecture across Amazon Financial Systems and integration points
• Define APIs and algorithms; identify architectural changes needed for the right customer/business experience
• Assess performance, scalability, extensibility limits, and where to enable innovation
• Partner across organizational boundaries to determine when new services are needed
• Distill requirements from customers, partners, vendors, and regional business entities
• Develop measurable success criteria and track adoption/performance using metrics such as KPIs, funnels, and conversion
• Establish audit mechanisms and reporting/evaluation standards
• Proactively mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
• Manage post-launch support, triage, and issue management for mission-critical financial systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering, product management, or relevant experience
• Experience managing technology products or major features with considerable business impact
• Strong technical understanding to work credibly with engineering teams on complex systems
• Experience with financial systems, payment networks, or commerce platforms
• Proven ability to handle complex product development scenarios with visible risks, roadblocks, and constraints
• Track record of successfully driving engineering teams to deliver on product vision
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, legal, and compliance
