Description

The Digital Technical Product Manager leads end-to-end billing initiatives across multiple payment/collection types and supports digital features such as e-wallet and payment automation. You will define strategy and roadmap, coordinate stakeholders, and drive workshops to solve business and technology problems. The role also includes managing integrations and APIs within the billing module rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple technology deliverables for billing product rollouts with integrated systems

• Define strategy and roadmap for end-to-end billing initiatives

• Serve as the point of contact for business, sponsors, programming teams, and stakeholder queries

• Drive workshops with business, DPO, BA, technical leads, and QA to arrive at solutions

• Create quick wins and build minimum viable and minimum testable products

• Build and manage real-time communication integrations and APIs during billing rollouts

• Evaluate multiple technology options and recommend the most relevant solutions

• Solve complex customer and business problems at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and customer experience

Requirements

• Proven technical and domain implementation experience in end-to-end billing module handling across ACH, paper check, and credit card payment types

• Strong understanding of accounting and SAP billing with integrated downstream systems

• Capability to handle futuristic features like e-wallet and payment automation initiatives

• Hands-on experience defining billing strategy/roadmap and driving end-to-end initiatives

• Ability to coordinate stakeholders and resolve business/technology queries

• Experience conducting workshops with business, DPO, BA, technical leads, and QA

• Flair for creating quick wins and delivering minimum viable/minimum testable products

• Hands-on experience creating real-time communication integrations and managing multiple APIs

• Ability to evaluate technology solutions and suggest the most relevant options

• Good knowledge of P&C Insurance
