Description

As a BI Data Steward, you ensure the quality, performance, and governance of the BI landscape. You standardize data structures, support BI users, and drive best practices across Tableau and Snowflake. You also act as a central expert for Snowflake usage and enable nominated BI experts.

Responsibilities

• Manage BI user management (e.g., Tableau onboarding, monitoring, governance, PushMetrics)

• Monitor and improve data source performance and quality; proactively handle issues

• Develop and maintain a data catalogue, templates, trainings, and documentation

• Define and implement data certification and governance processes

• Serve as central point of contact for BI technical support and continuous enablement

• Implement new technical setups

• Act as central Snowflake expert and train nominated BI experts

Requirements

• Advanced experience in Tableau and data platforms such as Snowflake

• Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality, and performance optimization

• Experience in data governance, documentation, and standardization

• Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders across technical and business teams

• Hands-on mindset with experience in support, training, or enablement roles
