Description

You will validate, upload, and maintain product data in PIM systems and manage how product information is syndicated into external channel templates. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape data standards, processes, and visibility through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate mandatory product data for accuracy and completeness
• Upload product data into the PIM system and resolve data gaps by coordinating with stakeholders
• Syndicate product data into channel-specific templates and resolve related issues
• Support business teams when channel issues arise from product data
• Clarify and communicate data issues and requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality
• Create, track, and report on the status of product data requests
• Reconfigure and maintain syndication templates in inRiver

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management with solid knowledge of core principles and concepts
• Good understanding of the data lifecycle
• Ability to use multiple tools to create and maintain data stewardship processes, inputs, and outputs
• Hands-on experience with inRiver (required); alternatively, experience with Salsify, Informatica, or Akeneo in complex implementations
• Experience working with retailers and marketplaces, including PIM syndication setup and management
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work efficiently under tight and ongoing deadlines
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent written and spoken English
