Description

Build and evolve BI and data warehousing solutions that support decision-making, automation, and AI-ready analytics. You will prepare data foundations for AI assistants, predictions, and advanced analytics using a modern data stack (Data Lake/Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric). The job also focuses on ensuring data quality, structure, and metadata so the data is usable for both people and AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop BI and data architecture for internal and customer projects
  • Prepare data foundations for AI initiatives (AI assistants, predictions, advanced analytics)
  • Work with modern data stacks (Data Lake/Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric)
  • Ensure data quality, structure, and data descriptions/metadata
  • Integrate AI tools into daily work (Copilot, generating SQL/Python)
  • Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and business stakeholders throughout projects
  • Take end-to-end ownership on projects (from environment mapping to deployment)

Requirements

  • Very strong working skills with data and data modeling (BI/DWH/Lakehouse)
  • Ability to write SQL and understand data pipelines
  • Ability to deliver solutions into customer production (discovery, target architecture design, deployment, cost estimation)
  • Business-oriented thinking in addition to technical design
  • Ability to ask the right questions to understand customer infrastructure (cloud/on-prem), security, access, and governance; capable of starting new projects
  • Clear communication and ability to explain why data looks the way it does
  • English communication for projects, documentation, and tools
