Description

Lead the service portfolio organization, service/product strategy, and the company’s consulting services. Drive evaluation of service and product performance, define new services and business opportunities, and support the sales team on complex deals. Work closely with product managers, project management, and senior leadership, including top-management communication with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service portfolio management and development department

• Create service strategy and product/service portfolio

• Develop the company’s consulting services

• Evaluate performance of services and products

• Define new services and business opportunities

• Support the sales team in complex business cases

• Cooperate with product managers, project management, and company management

• Communicate with key customers at the top-management level

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a management role in ICT

• Experience in product or portfolio management

• Orientation in B2B IT services and consulting

• Ability to connect business goals with the company’s delivery capabilities

• Experience managing people

• Ability for strategic leadership and prioritization
