Description

You will install time attendance terminals and related access-control hardware at customer sites according to approved technical documentation. You will also provide service interventions and technical support directly on-site, following ISO-required procedures and documentation. You’ll help improve the solutions by reporting detected faults and system improvement suggestions to the development team.

Responsibilities

• Install attendance terminals and other hardware components of access systems at customer locations

• Provide on-site service interventions and technical support according to customer needs

• Follow technological and work procedures in line with standards and ISO documentation

• Identify issues and improvement proposals and pass them to the development team

Requirements

• Secondary education in electrical engineering

• Professional qualification per Decree 50/1978 Sb., §6 (or equivalent under NV 194/2022)

• Experience in an electrical assembly company or similar technical role

• Advantage: experience with installation of devices or technical servicing

• Active driver’s license; willingness to travel by car to customers

• Independent, responsible, and eager to learn
