Description

You will oversee the technical systems and technical operation of a data center. The role includes preventive inspections and regular walkthroughs, resolving operational events and technical failures, and communicating with colleagues, customers, and external suppliers. You will make independent decisions in routine situations and escalate when additional specialists are needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center technology and technical operations

• Perform preventive checks and regular walkthroughs

• Resolve operational incidents and technical faults

• Communicate with colleagues, customers, and external vendors

• Decide independently in standard situations and evaluate when to involve additional staff/specialists

Requirements

• Electrical education

• Valid electrical engineering qualification or willingness to renew it

• Experience in technical operations, facility management, or maintenance of production technologies

• Technical thinking and interest in understanding how things work

• Ability to handle tasks even without exact instructions

• Willingness to take responsibility

• Ability to communicate in basic English when receiving customer requirements

• Motivation to learn new things and actively stay curious
