Description

You will coordinate IT projects and everyday operational IT tasks outside of the design e-shop area. You will manage organization of tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities in Asana, keep priorities and dependencies clear, and ensure tasks don’t get stuck. You will connect the IT team with internal requesters and help turn requests into concrete, understandable IT tasks, while running team coordination and basic team operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects and non-design-e-shop operational IT work

• Manage projects, tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities in Asana

• Track priorities, task dependencies, and current status

• Maintain visibility on what’s done, what’s in progress, and what’s blocking completion

• Connect IT with requesters and other departments across the company

• Translate colleagues’ needs into clear, specific IT tasks

• Organize team meetings and ensure they produce next steps

• Handle everyday team operations and organizational matters

• Coordinate team capacity, coverage, vacation planning, and work planning

• Monitor task movement in Asana to prevent stalled work

• Simplify processes that unnecessarily slow the team down

Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects, operations, or a team (10 years in IT not required)

• Ability to organize projects in Asana or a similar project management tool

• Basic understanding of agile development principles and how to apply them

• Ability to understand system logic and dependencies between tasks even without coding

• Ability to keep oversight when multiple projects run in parallel

• Proactive communication: ask questions, remind deadlines, and follow up beyond Asana comments

• Ownership mindset; not waiting to be told every next step

• Ability to propose changes sensitively based on how the team works

• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and non-technical colleagues

• Suitable for a capable junior or mid-level candidate willing to take responsibility
