Description

You will support customers by adapting, optimizing, and commissioning PLC (SPS) and robot programs. Work is performed both remotely and on-site, including troubleshooting, small control-cabinet changes, and documenting activities in an internal ticket system. You will also run service projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Telephone and remote support for customers

• Modify, optimize, and commission SPS and robot programs (remote and on-site)

• Diagnose faults, perform measurements, and implement smaller changes in the control cabinet

• Document work in an internal ticket system

• Conduct service projects independently

Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree (e.g., mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation engineering)

• Solid SPS programming knowledge

• Experience with robot systems and their programming

• Good understanding of pneumatic circuits

• High initiative and enjoyment of solving complex problems

• Willingness to travel ~20–30%

• Class B driver’s license
