Description

You will act as a strategic partner to business and engineering teams, using telemetry and data models to improve operational efficiency and inform go-to-market decisions. The role focuses on AI and automation performance reporting, KPI setup, analytical frameworks, and delivering accurate, accessible insights while meeting privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and automation systems performance reporting using telemetry from automation systems

• Partner with business and engineering leaders to define KPIs for AI automation effectiveness

• Connect data across sources and help develop analytical frameworks

• Analyze projects with a customer- and stakeholder-oriented focus

• Identify and leverage relevant data sources to form recommendations

• Determine appropriate analytical techniques and evaluate assumptions

• Share and simplify findings so results are accessible and accurate

• Support/consult with other teams and propose data-driven recommendations

• Recommend efficiency improvements and evaluate automated data collection viability

• Understand linkages between analytical models and participate in review; investigate deficiencies

• Align teams on data sources and processes; engage stakeholders to act on opportunities

• Stay current on privacy requirements and ensure proper data review

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field plus 2+ years of experience, OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 4+ years of experience, OR

• Equivalent experience

• 4+ years experience building Power BI dashboards

• 2+ years experience building semantic models on Microsoft Fabric

• Experience building ETL/ELT solutions in Azure or another cloud platform
