Description

Own the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for RTC communication channel features in Amazon Connect, such as turnkey RTC apps (voicemail, co-browse, screen recording) and agentic foundations (unified TTS, bidirectional streaming, multilingual analytics). Define product strategy and pricing, write PRDs/BRDs with clear use cases and acceptance criteria, and work backwards from customer signals to prioritize high-impact gaps. Partner with engineering to make technical trade-offs, coordinate cross-team integrations, and drive launches through GA with measurable success metrics and post-launch iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery for specific RTC features and capabilities
• Define product strategy and pricing; write BRDs/PRDs with customer use cases, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
• Analyze support tickets, escalations, usage data, and customer feedback to identify and prioritize feature gaps
• Partner with engineering to understand technical constraints and ensure on-time delivery at scale
• Drive launches end-to-end from requirements through design, development, testing, and GA; support launch communications and GTM enabling
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across Amazon Connect teams to integrate RTC capabilities
• Engage enterprise customers to understand migration blockers and validate product direction
• Define and monitor success metrics; conduct post-launch analysis and iterate to improve adoption and satisfaction
• Contribute to strategic planning (OP1/OP2) with data-driven investment and resourcing proposals

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
• 5+ years working as a Technical Product Manager
• 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related)
• 7+ years of full product life cycle experience
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
• 5+ years of creating written product documentation for new product development
• 5+ years of enterprise security product experience
• 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics
• Experience taking a product from conception/definition through engineering design and market launch
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full lifecycle ownership through GTM
