Description

Lead technical programs for next-generation AI factories by coordinating multi-functional teams across hardware, software, and facility infrastructure. Own long-term program schedules, resourcing, integrated readiness reviews, and acceptance criteria spanning power, liquid cooling, networking, and platform/hardware. Drive end-to-end delivery from construction readiness through commissioning, turn-up, and handoff to operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to collect requirements for next-generation AI factories

• Build, supervise, and complete long-term programs (schedules, resourcing, checkpoints)

• Partner with data center and hardware teams to develop solutions and mitigation strategies

• Lead planning with internal partners on capacity demands, engineering roadmaps, and data center expansions

• Own end-to-end delivery of 100MW+ AI factory data center deployments through commissioning, turn-up, and operational handoff

• Coordinate general contractors, colocation providers, utilities, and OEMs to align electrical/mechanical scope, long-lead equipment, and site logistics

• Drive integrated readiness reviews and define acceptance criteria across power, liquid cooling, networking, and platform/hardware

• Develop program plans for government grants and initiatives

• Translate program requirements into Basis Of Design documents

• Bring together teams, foster collaboration, and hold team members accountable for action items and timelines

Requirements

• 12+ years of program/project management leadership for data center projects (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) with large-scale server, storage, and network deployments

• End-to-end experience deploying high-density AI infrastructure data centers, including commissioning, readiness reviews, turn-up, and operational handoff

• Ability to coordinate across colocation providers, general contractors, utilities, and OEMs to deliver complex electrical and mechanical scope (100MW+ campus scale)

• Technical and program leadership across power delivery, liquid cooling, networking, and compute/platform teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure performance and reliability targets

• BS or MS degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Strong long-term planning and execution for large-scale AI factory buildouts and expansions

• In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical data center facilities infrastructure and ability to translate AI platform requirements into infrastructure designs (power delivery, liquid cooling, space, network topology)

• Experience with colocation data center environments

Benefits

• Base salary range: 200,000 USD–322,000 USD (Level 5) or 240,000 USD–379,500 USD (Level 6), based on location and experience
