Description

Own the resilience platform roadmap and delivery for AI factory features that improve adaptability across architectures, workloads, and hardware generations. Create a strong developer experience through reusable platform components such as common telemetry interfaces, health-check contracts, attribution hooks, and observability APIs, including joint deployment experience. Partner with engineering and the open-source community—triaging GitHub issues and converting feedback into product strategy and roadmap updates.

Responsibilities

• Define the resilience platform

• Own the product roadmap and delivery for platform features (telemetry interfaces, health-check contracts, attribution hooks, observability APIs, joint deployment experience)

• Translate developer pain into product features and integration partnerships

• Collaborate with the open-source developer community: prioritize GitHub issues, gather feedback, support contributors, and funnel community signal back into the roadmap

• Partner with engineering on feature design, prioritization, execution, and architecture tradeoffs

• Align cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Field teams on requirements, roadmaps, messaging, and engagements

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, solutions architecture, or software engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Technical depth in 2+ areas: data center operations, GPU infrastructure, network and storage, container orchestration (Kubernetes), developer platforms and SDKs, agent frameworks

• Proven ability to engage senior technical customers and translate requirements into product strategy

• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments

• Strong written and verbal communication across Developer and Executive audiences

Benefits

• Base salary range (Level 5): 208,000 USD – 327,750 USD

• Base salary range (Level 6): 240,000 USD – 379,500 USD
