Description

Lead a team of AI Engineers who help enterprises architect and deploy AI systems to production. You will engage strategically with C-level technology leaders on AI strategy and business outcomes, while driving thought leadership in generative AI and agentic systems. You will also create scalable enablement programs and translate customer signals into actionable product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing applied AI architecture team

• Set technical vision and strategic direction for Applied AI Architecture worldwide

• Serve as a technically credible executive sponsor for strategic customers

• Build feedback loops with AWS service and product teams to influence roadmaps

• Drive thought leadership through publications, frameworks, and speaking engagements

• Create scalable programs, tools, and enablement assets for field execution at scale

• Make directional decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving technical domains while enabling course-correction

• Synthesize patterns across engagements to represent the customer voice internally

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience

• 5+ years of engineering team management experience

• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software

• Experience partnering with product or program management teams

• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs/projects/development teams in an Agile environment
