Description

Design, develop, and optimize Identity Lifecycle Management for onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Work with IAM/IGA systems and integrations, including provisioning/deprovisioning, access governance processes, and authentication/authorization flows such as MFA, SSO, and federation. Ensure identity security and compliance with internal and external standards.

Responsibilities

• Identity Lifecycle Management (onboarding, change management, offboarding)

• Provisioning and deprovisioning setup and enhancements

• Design and optimize identity and access permissions management processes

• Support authentication/authorization: MFA, SSO, federation, roles, and access permissions

• Identity Governance / Access Governance: access recertification and Segregation of Duties (SoD)

• Analyze existing IAM processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency

• Collaborate with security teams, architects, IT, and business process owners

• Oversee identity security and compliance with internal and external standards

Requirements

• Senior practical experience in IAM/IGA/Identity Management

• Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management

• Provisioning/deprovisioning experience

• Familiarity with enterprise IAM/IGA solutions

• Experience with MFA, SSO, federation, and access rights management

• Understanding of RBAC principles

• Orientation in Access Governance, access recertification, and SoD

• Ability to analyze IAM processes and propose improvements/automation

• Ability to communicate with security, technical teams, and business
