Description

Own the design and operationalization of security architecture for AI agents and Microsoft AI platforms, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. Implement agent governance and threat monitoring frameworks, establish least-privilege identity and access controls, and operationalize Microsoft security tooling for detection and incident response. Lead runbook creation, validate PoC security controls, and manage handover to enterprise operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design security architectures and control catalogues for M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry

• Implement Agent365 and Zenity security frameworks for agent governance, threat monitoring, and observability

• Establish identity and access governance using Microsoft Entra and Entra Agent ID under least-privilege principles

• Operationalize Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Sentinel to detect real-time agent threats and support incident responses

• Integrate agent security operations into ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, service request management)

• Deliver operational runbooks, validate PoC security controls, and lead handover to enterprise operations teams

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI governance frameworks and specialized tools such as Agent365 and Zenity

• Deep expertise with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Entra / Entra Agent ID, Purview, Defender, and Sentinel

• Ability to integrate security controls into ITIL/ITSM operational processes

• Strong foundation in identity lifecycle management, least-privilege access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to author operational runbooks and RACI matrices
