Description

Design and develop advanced AI solutions tailored to business needs, using LLMs, GenAI, and machine learning models. Build end-to-end products—from concept and PoC through MVP to production deployments—and integrate AI solutions with existing customer systems. Collaborate with Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering teams and support pre-sales discovery, demos, and technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business-aligned AI solutions
• Create solutions leveraging LLM, GenAI, and ML models
• Deliver end-to-end products (concept/PoC → MVP → production)
• Integrate AI solutions with customer systems and platforms
• Work with Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering teams
• Translate AI technology capabilities into business value
• Support pre-sales: discovery workshops, demos, and PoCs
• Present technical solutions to clients and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience building AI/ML solutions
• Very good knowledge of AI cloud services (Azure and/or AWS)
• Experience with LLM, GenAI, MLOps, and production deployments
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI (or similar)
• Experience designing AI solution architecture
• Experience working with clients and leading technical discussions
• Communicative Polish and English (min. B2)
