Description

As a Solution Architect, you will help design and deliver high-throughput systems using Python (asyncio) and Go. The role covers concurrent services, async networking, protocol/telemetry decoding, data movement, and performance engineering supported by strong testing and quality practices.

Requirements

• Go concurrency expertise (concurrent services, UDP/TCP servers, high-throughput decode loops) and profiling with pprof
• Python asyncio internals knowledge (event loop, tasks, cancellation, backpressure) and async HTTP client/server
• Static typing and quality tools (mypy, golangci-lint) and automated pre-commit gates
• Testing experience: async unit tests, snapshot tests for decoders, and CI load tests
• Networking depth across L2/L3/L4, including VLANs, MAC/IP semantics, TCP flags, and MTU/fragmentation (IPv4/IPv6)
• Flow telemetry protocol experience: IPFIX (RFC 7011), NetFlow v5/v9, sFlow v5; template-based decoding; sampling and loss/sequence-gap handling
• Packet capture and crafting; using PCAP as a primary debugging tool
• Performance engineering experience (allocation/GC pressure, lock contention, zero-copy paths) with routine profiling
• Linux internals capability for high packet rates (sockets, epoll, sysctl tuning, cgroups/resource limits)
• Container and Kubernetes delivery experience plus customer-ready binary packaging (static/frozen builds, deb/rpm, upgrade/rollback)
• Data pipeline expertise with Kafka semantics (partitioning, acks, batching, compression, SASL/Kerberos) and sinks like ClickHouse
• Identity/cloud integration knowledge including WinRM/SMB/Kerberos and Azure or AWS SDKs
