Description

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions powered by LLMs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for search, retrieval, and answer generation.

Build agentic workflows and orchestration, implement and integrate AI components in Python, and optimize the quality, performance, and reliability of existing AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based AI solutions
• Build and evolve RAG systems (search, retrieval, and response generation)
• Create and develop agentic workflows and orchestration for AI systems
• Implement and integrate AI components in Python
• Optimize the quality, performance, and reliability of existing AI solutions
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to define, test, and deploy new AI use cases

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related
• Very good Python knowledge and experience building production-grade AI solutions
• Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI solutions
• Experience designing and implementing RAG systems
• Knowledge of agentic AI / agentic orchestration concepts and building systems using AI agents
• Experience with LG and LCH technologies and ability to integrate multiple AI components into comprehensive solutions
