Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of Microsoft Azure environments and take end-to-end responsibility for infrastructure, automation, security, monitoring, and the deployment/operation of third‑party applications across cloud and on‑premises. The role combines deep technical ownership with Tech Lead responsibilities—designing solutions, solving complex technical problems, and setting team standards. You will also coordinate technical implementations and changes, and drive incident/problem management and continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure environments (Virtual Machines, Container Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Application Gateway, WAF, and supporting services)
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code standards using Azure Bicep; automate provisioning and administrative processes
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps
• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID; work with M365 environment administration
• Design, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure (VNET, NSG, VPN, Private Endpoints, DNS, routing) and integrate Azure with on‑premises
• Implement and maintain infrastructure security and hardening for Windows/Linux; enforce access control and cloud protection
• Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Zabbix (or similar)
• Deploy, maintain, update, and integrate third‑party applications and systems in Azure and on‑premises
• Own technical delivery from external vendors: analyze infrastructure requirements, ensure availability, security, and monitoring
• Collaborate with external providers and application teams on troubleshooting, changes, updates, and migrations
• Analyze dependencies across applications, infrastructure, network, security, databases, and cloud services
• Lead and coordinate technical deployments and infrastructure/application changes
• Participate in incident handling and problem management; prevent recurrence via root-cause elimination
• Create and evolve operational procedures, runbooks, technical documentation, and maintenance/deployment standards
• Automate repetitive admin and operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python (or other scripting)
• Act as Tech Lead for infrastructure/cloud: make technical decisions, define standards, review solutions, mentor engineers
• Track Azure technology and cloud/DevOps/security/infrastructure management best practices
