Description

You will develop and secure Microsoft cloud services within the IT Infrastructure department. The position focuses on designing cloud architecture, establishing cloud security standards, and serving as a technical owner—not just an administrator. You will also manage key Microsoft identity, security, and collaboration services and help drive modernization of the organization’s IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Microsoft Azure environments
• Design cloud architecture and target concepts for cloud services
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Identity Governance)
• Implement and administer Microsoft Purview
• Develop and administer SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 services
• Support other departments with MS cloud service and application setup/operations
• Propose cloud security standards
• Automate administration using PowerShell, Bicep, Terraform, and Ansible
• Collaborate on integration between cloud and on-premise systems
• Coordinate external vendors and implementation partners
• Participate in security incident handling and risk management
• Configure and evolve Microsoft Defender security services
• Perform cloud hardening (Conditional Access Policy, Risky Users, PIM) and troubleshooting, including log evaluation from M365
• Collaborate on cybersecurity projects and NIS2 requirements

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education (SŠ/VŠ)
• Senior-level experience administering Microsoft Azure
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft Purview
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and SharePoint Online
• Experience designing cloud solution architecture
• PowerShell knowledge and automation experience
• Experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft security technologies
• Cybersecurity orientation
• Ability to communicate with vendors and coordinate their activities
• English proficiency for working with technical documentation
• PKI experience is an advantage
