Description

You will engineer and operate secure, resilient Azure platform capabilities in a regulated environment. The role focuses on building Azure foundation platform solutions with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), strengthening connectivity and security controls, and enabling reliable CI/CD delivery. You will also document designs and operations through runbooks and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engineer Azure foundation platform solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), primarily Terraform

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud service patterns integrating shared enterprise services (IAM, monitoring, OS images)

• Manage Azure connectivity including ExpressRoute, DNS, IP management, traffic routing, NSGs, and firewalls

• Implement and enforce security controls and standards to meet security and operational risk policies

• Support CI/CD pipeline automation and troubleshoot platform/pipeline issues across teams

• Create clear technical documentation including runbooks, operational procedures, and design specifications

• Collaborate with platform engineering, security, and operations teams to optimize resilience, scalability, and security

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience engineering cloud infrastructure with hands-on Azure services

• Hands-on Terraform expertise

• Strong Azure networking knowledge: ExpressRoute, DNS, NSGs, firewalls, IP management

• Proven experience supporting CI/CD environments and automated testing practices

• Familiarity with security and operational risk controls in regulated environments (patching, hardening, monitoring, resiliency)

• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, and delivery pipelines

• Ability to produce precise technical documentation (designs, runbooks, procedures)

• English communicative proficiency

• Existing legal right to work in Europe
