Description

Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, and use SQL to support reporting and ad-hoc analytics needs. Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable data solutions, present insights clearly, and troubleshoot data/reporting issues. Contribute to reusable reporting components (calculations, fields, metrics, KPIs) and scalable solutions across multiple data sources and cloud/data warehouse platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Qlik or Tableau

• Write SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc business requests

• Gather stakeholder needs and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions

• Present data, insights, and recommendations in a clear and actionable way

• Troubleshoot reporting and data issues; identify root causes and help develop scalable solutions

• Create and maintain reusable reporting components (calculations, fields, metrics, KPIs)

• Work with multiple data sources, data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver reporting solutions

• Manage multiple projects and priorities; communicate progress, risks, and dependencies

• Help improve data and reporting practices to support operational efficiency and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related field

• Experience with a BI/data visualization platform (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar)

• Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying/manipulating data

• Experience with Excel and common productivity tools

• Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL concepts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate ambiguity

• Strong collaboration skills and desire to learn and continuously improve
