Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics and analyses that support key business decisions. The role partners with business customers to gather requirements, understand underlying questions, and deliver analytical solutions that drive sales operations and performance optimization. You will also promote data democratization and leverage AI/emerging data infrastructure to automate repetitive workflows and uncover patterns from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business customers and deliver complete data analytical solutions

• Understand why customers need data and what underlying business goals/questions are

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics and analyses for business decisions

• Apply best practices for data integrity, accuracy, reliability, and documentation

• Leverage AI and emerging innovation in data infrastructure to automate workflows and accelerate analyses

• Drive data democratization to enable self-serve analytics across the organization

Requirements

• 2+ years analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, and/or NoSQL

• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools

• Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g., t-test, Chi-squared)

• Experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)
